Standard Warranty Terms

• Authorised Installations: A warranty period of 5 years applies when the product is installed by an authorised technician/installer, provided that the motor is serviced by a certified technician once within the first 12 months after installation, and subsequently at intervals of every 24 months.

• DIY Installations: A warranty period of 2 years applies when the product is installed by a DIY customer without formal training.
